F.C. Tokyo is a Japanese association football club playing in the J. League Division 1. Its hometown is Tokyo prefecture. The team is one of only four in the J. League to be simply called Football Club without an extended name. The team started as a company team, Tokyo Gas Football Club. Their first appearance in the national leagues was in 1991. In the F4F match, the FC Tokyo U14 team will be showing off the results of their daily training, and as a persistent team, they will also pursue the championship to the end. They are also participating in the Tokyo U-14 International Youth Football Tournament 2016 on May 1-4. There is a famous quote by Walt Disney: “If you can dream it, you can do it.” These young soccer players have many obstacles to get over in the future. "Football is a treasure that will make my dream come true," claims Keita Kobayashi, captain of F.C. Tokyo, Japan. This team is made of two: FC Tokyo Musashi and Fukagawa. Keita himself comes from F.C. Tokyo Musashi, where he got promoted after training in the F.C. Tokyo soccer school since the second grade of elementary school. Keita plans to apply their distinctive style of powerful offence and tenacious defense at the street soccer tournament in Milan. He thinks Football for Friendship is an amazing opportunity to discover their strengths and weaknesses and put their footballing style to the test in an international environment. #football4friendship #football
